An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Advisor to join our Transport division in NSW
About the Role
ConnectSydney, a dynamic joint venture between Service Stream, Boral and Johnson Controls, will be delivering the Sydney Road Assets Performance Contract for the Harbour Zone in metropolitan Sydney. We are looking for talented, motivated and driven individuals to join the team who will be committed to delivering innovative, customer-focused and sustainable outcomes whilst also establishing a positive legacy for our customers and community.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Advisor to join our business. You will provide support to the Quality Function including implementing quality control and assurance activities at every stage of business processes and reinforce the project quality management system while enabling continuous improvement of quality-related problems.
Key responsibilities
- Advocate a quality culture that continually seeks to improve the quality of its products and services
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment with other ConnectSydney teams both internally and externally
- Identify solutions to quality issues
- Exercise independent judgement to continually improve current processes
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline are desirable
- Experience and or/functional knowledge of Construction and Property Development industries
- Problem solving, technical and analytical skills to support the implementation of organisational policies, procedures and programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Kowledge of accounting, estimating, scheduling, contracts administration are advantageous
